Admission starts with a full assessment. We look at your history, your health, and what tripped you up before. From there we build a treatment plan made for you, not a template.
A dedicated case manager stays with you the whole time. They coordinate your care, track your progress, and connect the pieces through aftercare.
Your loved one gets structure without being locked away. Chores, curfews, and support that feels like a real household. It is practical practice for the life waiting after these walls.
Insurance & Admissions
