How We Handle Travel

Distance should not keep you or your loved one from getting help. We arrange travel for clients coming from out of the area, and we handle the details that get overwhelming when you are already stressed.

Here is what we take care of once your admission is confirmed:

• Booking flights and coordinating departure times that work
• Arranging ground transportation to the airport if you need it
• Meeting your loved one at baggage claim and driving them to us
• Staying in contact with your family until they arrive safely

You will know who is picking up your loved one and when. No guessing. No last minute scrambling at an unfamiliar airport.

A few things that help us plan smoothly:

• Let us know the departure city and any flight limits
• Tell us about medications that need to travel along
• Pack light, comfortable clothing for the first few days
