PHP at Galloway Recovery runs full clinical days, then sends you home for the evening. Some clients stay in supportive housing instead. Either way, you practice recovery in real life while still getting structured care.
Your first day starts with a full assessment. We look at your history, your health, and what you need right now. That builds a treatment plan made for you, not a template.
A dedicated case manager stays with you the whole time. They coordinate your therapy, track your progress, and plan what comes after PHP.
This program sits between residential treatment and living on your own. It gives your loved one room to build independence with a team still close by. When PHP ends, your case manager has your aftercare ready.
Insurance & Admissions
